Our approach is to conduct initial standard investigations through our office here near Glengarry Hospital, Perth. These tests are detailed here, and include both male & female tests. If minimal access surgery is needed to enhance fertility, this is scheduled as a priority, as time is usually of the essence. Standard simple treatments, such as ovulation induction with tracking and timed intercourse can easily be arranged. Often, subspecialist treatment is needed. Your care is then seamlessly transferred to the clinic at PIVET medical centre, a tertiary fertility centre. There we can perform advanced assessment. Treatments such as IUI with or without ovulation induction and trigger, IVF, IVF-ICSI, advanced male factor procedures such as TESA, MESA & testicular biopsy, gamete donation, and PGD can be provided.
